We are a small, family run business, founded by a barber and hairdresser. As certified hair professionals, we have extensive experience in the industry and are excited to bring our expertise to our local town, Thame.
Known for our invaluable knowledge of the hairdressing and barber world, we offer top level services to men and women of all ages. As hair professionals for many years, we’ve built up a fantastic reputation with our clients who’ve been trusting us with their needs for decades.

Em is our Creative Director and a true talent within the Bucks & Doe team.
With a passion for all things hair, Em loves bringing creative ideas to life whether that’s bespoke colour, transformative restyles, or helping you find a look that’s uniquely you.
Her vision, expertise and eye for detail inspire both our team and our clients, ensuring every look leaves the salon feeling beautiful, confident and individual.

Fi is the heart of our salon, keeping everything running smoothly and making sure everyone feels welcome from the moment they walk through the door.
With her warm personality, exceptional organisational skills and genuine care for both our clients and our team, Fi plays a vital role in creating the friendly and relaxed atmosphere Bucks & Doe is known for.
